On-Call Doula Support

I am available to you at any time once you are 38 weeks pregnant. Once you believe you are in labour, you will let me know and I will support you in whatever ways we have previously established.

 

Doula Prenatal Connections

This is our time to discuss advocacy, physical and emotional support, and comfort measures you prefer for your labour and birth. We can also create a birth plan during this time.

 

Dedicated Birth Doula Support

The BEST part!!! This is one-on-one coaching through your labour and birth. We will move through the labour process together, ensure you’re feeling in control of your birth at all times AND birth in whatever ways feel best for you.

 

2-hour Postpartum Doula Support

This is the time for us to connect and debrief your birth story, discuss your postpartum journey, and I will even support you and/or your baby during this time for you to have some (well-deserved) rest.

I am available to you at any time once you are 36 weeks pregnant - Yes, earlier than singleton pregnancy, because we know that twins often come a little earlier! Once you believe you are in labour, you will let me know and I will support you in whatever ways we have previously established.

This is our time to discuss advocacy, physical and emotional support, and comfort measures you prefer for your labour and birth. We can also create a birth plan during this time.
